Leman (freshwater bay) Rus, chassy built by Nikolaev Shipyards, engine by Charkov Machine Works, gun by Kirov Factory Site 22.

Named so not for some imaginary character, but for a new bay of the Baltic, where once used to be the Ladoga Lake. Basically form what our specialist where to discern form the words of Vasili (Shinji) Gendovic Ikari (Here the Orthodox name Basil is used in the original meaning of Emperor), and the sketches provided by him to the Medium Machinery Ministry. Based on part of Object 279, and T-10 machines. Could be under extreme duress called a super-heavy tank, but the factory and WPIRA designation is Special Combat Chassis, OBM-24 Leman Rus.

Overview[]

The Le'man Rus, or Rus, is a heavily armored tank armed with a 120mm low velocity gun. The tank also possesses a coaxial boltgun and various variations. The Rus superheavy is noted to have lackluster combat performance against modern tanks due to its gun being unable to pierce the armor of a standard Japanese MBT, though its armor, being made from Evangelion class composites, is impervious to the 150mm sabot of the aforementioned MBT.

The Rus superheavy is oriented more towards countering infantry and other smaller more numerous targets, as it's armed with a main gun that more resembles a howitzer and automatic weapons that resemble autocannons than anything. That said, there is a variant armed with a long barreled gun intended to fight armored targets such as other tanks.

Name pronounced as Li'man Rus'
